Who we are

restokk is a product being developed for Shopify inventory management. This website is operated from Bulgaria. When we say "we", "us", or "restokk" in this policy, we mean the operators of restokk.app.

What we collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address. That's it. We don't collect your name, location, payment information, or any other personal data through this website.

We also use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection when you submit the waitlist form. Turnstile may process limited technical data (such as browser type) to verify you're human. This data is processed by Cloudflare under their privacy policy.

Why we collect it

We use your email address solely to send you updates about restokk's launch and early access availability. We process this data based on your consent — you actively provide your email and submit the form.

Who we share it with

We don't sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes. Your email is stored using Cloudflare infrastructure. We may use a transactional email service to send you updates — if so, your email will be shared with that provider solely for delivery purposes.

How long we keep it

We retain your email address until you unsubscribe or request deletion, or until restokk ceases operations — whichever comes first.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can also withdraw your consent (unsubscribe) at any time. Every email we send will include an unsubscribe link.

Analytics

We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is a privacy-first analytics service that does not use cookies or collect personal data. It provides aggregate traffic data only.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "last updated" date above. For significant changes, we will notify waitlist subscribers by email.
